• Support the marketing team in strategic planning of performance marketing measures.
• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify new potentials.
• Independently set up campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Conduct keyword and target group research, structuring campaigns effectively.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and analyze KPIs for optimization suggestions.
• Develop and test A/B variants for creatives and landing pages.
• Support SEO efforts with keyword research and content briefings.
• Assist in budget management and monitoring ROI developments.
• Collaborate with the brand and content team for effective content management.
• Coordinate briefings with external service providers.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Marketing or related fields.
• Interest in data-driven work with some practical experience in performance marketing.
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style with a high willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
