Crystal is a globally operating company with customers in the digital asset industry, the banking, and FI sectors. We help streamline their Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures for meeting international compliance standards.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help extend our fast-growing business activities in the hugely growing blockchain and cryptocurrency compliance sector.

In Short

  • Drive sales and develop relationships with industry-leading executives.
  • Utilise a deep understanding of blockchain products to inform product roadmap.
  • Identify new strategic opportunities and collaborate across functions.
  • Develop detailed business account plans in CRM.
  • Track and communicate key metrics to build opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.
  • Seek customer feedback and convey it to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Prioritise business accounts based on growth potential annually.
  • Assess risks and limitations related to client opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in FinTech or Regtech.
  • Experience selling services to AML teams in banking/FI sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a record of closing deals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Comfortable working with diverse cultures and mindsets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
