Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that ensure achievement of assigned company objectives (quota) in terms of activity, revenue, profit, and client portfolio growth.

  • Achieve individually assigned sales, marketing, and personal improvement objectives.
  • Leverage Proman Sales Process to improve success rates.
  • Produce accurate prospective new business forecasts monthly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely weekly activity metrics.
  • Collaborate with corporate/regional recruiting and operations.
  • Market all Proman Staffing Solutions services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor client activities for contract compliance.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong Sales Process skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate in a productive work environment.
  • Must work in an office setting for approximately 25% of the time.
  • Must be able to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • May involve lifting promotional materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Minimum 4 years previous sales/account management experience.
