Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to become the first hire of our sales-as-a-service offering, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and playing a pivotal role in executing programs that will unlock growth for businesses.

  • Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

  • Collaborate with the CRO and marketing team to align sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a sales executive.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs.
  • Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Diverse sales experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
