Overview

This role is responsible for controlling the flow, prioritizing, and scheduling service across various client and vendor facing departments. This position is the first line response to majority of the service requests that come in from our clients and vendors.

In Short

  • Control the flow and prioritize service requests.
  • First line response to service requests from clients and vendors.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
  • Multi-task to support various executives and end users.
  • Answer phones, emails, and tickets related to service requests.
  • Mentor team members on ticket hygiene and dispatching.
  • Schedule and coordinate third-party vendors for installations.
  • Track deadlines and monitor progress of service requests.
  • Identify scheduling roadblocks and escalate issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for scheduling-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical dispatcher or service coordinator.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and reassign priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with PSA and RMM software preferred.
  • Excited by new technology and continuous learning.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.
  • Sense of humor.
