Overview

Scrunch is hiring an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across GTM, Product, and Engineering. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who knows how to run end-to-end recruiting and consistently close candidates in competitive markets.

In Short

• Own end-to-end recruiting for non-technical and technical roles.
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines across multiple open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Drive candidates through interview loops efficiently.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Confidently close candidates through the offer stage.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.
• Proven success in recruiting for GTM and Software Engineering roles.
• Strong track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Highly organized and responsive.
• Strong communication skills.
