Overview

This position is for a Recruiter role in a remote-first organization that is rapidly growing. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Passion for data-driven recruiting and comfort with ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse, international teams.
