Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers to fill open orders for TransForce customers. The Recruiter utilizes various internal and external sources to help customers find the best candidates to meet their needs and ensure ongoing customer success.

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with experience as a substitute.
• 2 years of successful recruiting experience.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting fundamentals and employment regulations.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
