• Interest in the gaming industry/videogames.
• Experience as the sole recruiter in a startup.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Experience in outbound recruitment environments.
• Proactive in identifying recruitment process improvements.
• Strong writing skills for job descriptions and marketing content.
