Recruiter - Remote

Overview

A Recruiter is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity REMOTELY with Yoh, reporting to the Boston Branch Manager. The Recruiter will develop practical recruiting techniques to source and screen talent for immediate openings and pipeline for future opportunities.

In Short

• Full life cycle recruitment responsibilities including sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates.
• Collaborate with peers and manage contract employees.
• Understand business needs and build relationships with candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting tools including social media and job boards.
• Work towards individual performance goals and contribute to business center success.
• Support the interview process and manage candidate documentation.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting skills under guidance.
• Two to five years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of experience in recruiting.
• AIRS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the staffing industry.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
