Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Pavago is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our client’s international and U.S.-based hiring initiatives. This is a fully remote contractor role, where you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding tasks, primarily through Teamtailor (ATS).

In Short

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for U.S. and international roles.
• Post job listings and proactively source qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluations.
• Maintain records within the ATS (Teamtailor).
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups.
• Draft and send offer letters and assist in contract handling.
• Support onboarding processes and team introductions.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment KPIs and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Work independently and proactively solve problems.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and teams.
