In Short

• Own and execute full cycle recruiting for a range of G&A and Marketing roles.
• Expand responsibilities to include technical recruiting over time.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Source and build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support administration and troubleshooting of recruitment tech stack.
• Maintain recruitment data repositories for accuracy.
• Partner on branding initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Working knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools.
• Prior experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• A growth mindset with eagerness to learn technical recruiting.
