Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruiting practices.
• Experience in recruiting for marketing and support functions is an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting business in English.
