Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to advance recruiting in the department and contribute to this important role.

In Short

• Creation and publication of job postings
• Active candidate search and engagement
• Conducting interviews and pre-selection
• Coordination of the application process between candidates and departments
• Maintenance and expansion of our applicant pool
• Advising specialists and executives in the recruiting process

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, ideally in a consulting or in-house environment
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Organizational talent and independent work style
• Enthusiasm for modern recruiting tools and social media
• Team player with high service orientation
