Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of hiring across our HousingAnywhere & Studapart brands. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing efforts, and help shape our fast-paced international company!

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, apprenticeships and internship roles.
• Actively source talent using different channels and creative approaches.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape needs and define hiring strategies.
• Track performance and hiring metrics — and adjust your approach when needed.
• Participate in quarterly projects that strengthen our company culture and employer brand.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), with commercial and/or tech roles.
• Solid sourcing skills and familiarity with different techniques and platforms.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams.
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a plus!
