Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role could be onsite, hybrid or remote position based out of company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.

In Short

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements and posts them in effective media.
  • Maintains presence in the technical/industry community for candidate sourcing.
  • Identifies and assesses candidates through various methods.
  • Maintains contact with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Coordinates background checks for new hires.
  • Attends job fairs and industry conferences.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Involved in onboarding new hires and communicating changes.
  • Analyzes recruitment data for trends and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and applicable laws.
  • Proficient with ATS, HRIS, and payroll software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Computer skills in MS Office and Google applications.
