• Looking for an ambitious, gritty Recruiter to build our talent engine from scratch.
• Not a typical HR desk job; you'll architect the recruiting process end-to-end.
• Recruit across all functions: engineers, instructors, sales, and operators.
• Full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close.
• Design our recruiting engine from scratch with workflows and assessment methods.
• Source top-tier talent through various means including LinkedIn and referrals.
• Act as a strategic partner to coach founders and team leads on hiring practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with high-touch interactions.
• Juggle multiple roles and thrive on context-switching.
• Track and improve recruiting metrics to refine our process.
