In Short

• Focus on non-exempt recruiting for the Instruments division across the U.S.
• Partner with TA resources to source candidates from diverse channels.
• Build meaningful relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agency partners, and HRBPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and propose strategies.
• Execute strategic recruitment plans and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Champion the recruitment process and advise on best practices.
• Optimize the Applicant Tracking System for compliance and efficiency.
• Use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions.
• Stay current on emerging recruitment trends.
• Contribute to overall strategy development.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Passion for attracting high performers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-centered culture.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.
• Proficiency in optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems.
