We connect clients with experienced, compassionate therapists through secure virtual and in-person sessions. We're growing quickly and looking for passionate team members who want to shape the future of geriatric mental health. • Own Recruitment at Sailor Health, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
• Provide a 5-star candidate experience throughout onboarding and hiring
• Recruit the best business and operational talent to join Sailor Health
• Manage our recruiter pipelines and build out new recruitment channels
• Launch searches for brand new roles and teams
• Develop recruitment rubrics and criteria
• Be the “product manager” for our Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments
• Skilled at conducting high volumes of screening calls and structured interviews
• Strong operator with a systems and data mindset
• Experienced in partnering with hiring managers
• Thrives in ambiguity and zero-to-one environments
• Mission-driven, empathetic, and passionate about building world-class teams
