Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Solutions Team and support our Mission Critical Hiring in North America. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for mission-critical roles within data centers, infrastructure, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on mission-critical industries.
• Proven ability to attract top technical and operations talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
