Overview

Spreetail is seeking a self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition team as a contractor. This role will allow for the opportunity to recruit globally from the convenience of your home.

In Short

• Proactively identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Create a positive candidate experience, acting as the primary contact for all candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for cultural and role fit.
• Organize candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Own your success and have a plan for each day.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
• Coachable with the ability to learn.
• Highly organized.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
