Overview

National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for an outstanding experienced Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

In Short

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Awesome communication skills.
• Ability to be engaged proactively.
• High level of integrity and empathy.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
