• Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS (Workable).
• Participate in other HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Workable.
• Knowledge of various sourcing channels and assessment methods.
