Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Contract Review / Legal Operations Specialist to review, prepare, and coordinate commercial contracts and waiver documentation for the US market.

This fully remote role sits at the intersection of legal analysis, operations, and AI-driven workflows, offering exposure to real business decisions and contract risk management.

You will manage a high volume of document reviews and iterative revisions, requiring exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The role also includes supporting broader legal and compliance matters across the company.

In Short

• Review B2B commercial contracts received from clients.
• Identify risk clauses, inconsistencies, ambiguous wording, and errors in commercial contracts.
• Prepare structured comments and suggested revisions.
• Support multiple negotiation and revision cycles.
• Ensure documents are fully prepared before final executive review.
• Review conditional and unconditional waivers.
• Manage document review workflows in ClickUp or similar systems.
• Use AI tools for issue spotting, redlining, document comparison, and summaries.
• Communicate contract comments and required changes to sales managers.
• Support internal teams on dispute/mediation cases and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Experience in contract review and legal operations.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for document analysis.
• Ability to manage high volumes of documents efficiently.
