Overview

We are looking for a process-minded, tech-savvy legal operations specialist to join our Legal team at MariaDB, focusing on the operational excellence of the Legal department.

In Short

• Manage the daily flow of legal requests and contracts.
• Perform operational reviews of NDAs and contracts for accuracy.
• Assist in streamlining the contract review process.
• Provide operational support to Sales and global teams.
• Stay current on Legal Tech including AI for lawyers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or Law.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
