• We are looking for a process-minded, tech-savvy legal operations specialist to join our Legal team.
• This role focuses on the operational excellence of the Legal department.
• You will work closely with the Legal and Sales Operations teams.
• Ideal for a contract manager, contract administrator, legal secretary or paralegal.
• Manage the daily flow of legal requests and contracts.
• Perform initial operational review of NDAs and contracts.
• Assist in streamlining the contract review process.
• Provide operational support to Sales and other global teams.
• Stay current on Legal Tech including AI for lawyers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal operations or legal project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or Law.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
• Experience with Open Source software and Cloud/SaaS is preferred.
• Certifications in project management or legal operations are a plus.
