The Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring rounds, working with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent and improve recruiting operations.

• Manage end-to-end hiring rounds.
• Write compelling job descriptions.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage offer processes and reference checks.
• Improve recruiting operations processes.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.
• Track candidate pipeline data.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Clear and reliable communication.
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Motivated by effective altruism principles.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
