Overview

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for managing CEA's legal matters across compliance, contracts, governance, and risk, while serving as a strategic partner to leadership.

Requirements

• JD and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction or UK solicitor qualification.
• 7+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
