Requirements

• Licensed member of the Quebec Bar and/or Ontario Bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience in commercial law.
• 4+ years as in-house counsel at tech companies.
• Exceptional negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage complex contracts.
• Transition from risk-elimination to risk-management mindset.
