Chief Financial Officer - Remote

Overview

Qohash is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and support the company through its next phase of growth and institutional financing. You’ll report directly to the CEO and join the executive team as a key decision-maker.

In Short

• Lead financial strategy and executive decision support.
• Prepare for fundraising and manage investor relations.
• Establish and track SaaS metrics for performance management.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Design and build out the finance function.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Transition from outsourced finance to in-house operations.
• Build a scalable financial operating model.
• Collaborate with the executive team.
• Support major institutional financing events.

Requirements

• 12-18 years of experience in finance, with 5 years as CFO or VP of Finance.
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to build finance operations from the ground up.
• Strong FP&A and capital planning skills.
• Excellent business judgment and analytical skills.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first company.
