Overview

As a Controller at Qohash, you will be the financial backbone of a scaling organization, responsible for building, leading, and modernizing the accounting function in a fast-moving environment.

In Short

• Own the month-end and quarter-end close process.
• Build scalable accounting processes for rapid growth.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.
• Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls for compliance.
• Maintain records of compensation adjustments.
• Provide financial documentation for grant applications and fundraising.
• Support the operations team in vendor management.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with Qohash’s core values.
• CPA designation required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
• Familiarity with SaaS accounting tools.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute with precision.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
