The Regional Recruiting Manager (RRM) oversees the recruiting strategy for the south region including the attraction, applicant flow, and selection of candidates. The RRM collaborates with key business partners to include Recruiting Marketing, to evaluate and re-allocate marketing spend and focus; and with regional leadership to align operational staffing needs to client expectations and the company’s overall talent acquisition objectives. The RRM leads a highly effective team of Recruiters and Driver Hiring Specialists to achieve specific operations and financial goals. This position leads efforts to increase engagement, performance, and retention of top talent through the following talent management areas: staff recruitment, employee development, talent assessments, performance management, succession management, and workforce analytics. The RRM has individual hiring goals to meet customer demands.
