Overview

The Regional Manager for South Italy will lead the strategy and operational plans for Deliveroo, contributing to the company's P&L goals and managing relationships with key restaurant partners.

In Short

  • Lead strategy for markets within your region.
  • Coordinate and support your team to develop operational plans.
  • Set and achieve regional targets.
  • Execute operational plans with rider operations and marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships with top restaurant partners.
  • Negotiate with new restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiencies and revenue growth.
  • Manage both top and bottom line P&L targets.
  • Inspire and lead your team to high standards.
  • Travel within the region 2-3 days per week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercially focused roles, ideally in HORECA.
  • P&L management experience.
  • Experience in strategy and execution.
  • Excellent people leadership skills.
  • Highly analytical and innovative thinker.
  • Comfortable handling negotiations with business owners or C-suite operators.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
