Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for Beckman Coulter is responsible for leading a team of sales executives and increasing sales revenue through market penetration and promotion of products in the South territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 7+ years.
  • Experience in hospital or lab sales, preferably in diagnostics.
  • Able to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales training.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Desire to foster a high-engagement work environment.
  • Mentorship experience is a plus.
