Remote Recruiter

Overview

The Remote Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers to fill open orders for TransForce customers, ensuring ongoing customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; work experience may substitute.
• 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
