Remote Recruiter

Overview

The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while collaborating with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and provide data-driven insights.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
• Update candidate profiles in ATS with key details.
• Facilitate scheduling of first interviews.
• Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Identify process improvements to streamline recruiting efforts.
• Share best practices across recruiting teams.
• Track and report weekly screening and referral numbers.
• Provide data-driven insights to help sales leaders.
• Monitor recruiting trends and adjust sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
• Strong relationship-building skills with sales leaders.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Jobvite or similar ATS systems.
• Good understanding of market trends, competition, supply, and demand.
• Expert recruiting skill set with knowledge of various sourcing channels.
• Knowledge of talent mapping methodologies.
