Requirements

• Initial experience in recruiting, either in-house or agency.
• Structured and empathetic approach to recognizing potential.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Digital mindset with proficiency in LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level).
