Overview

The Social Ads Specialist will own and scale paid social campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on performance and analytics.

In Short

• Own and scale paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Launch and grow TikTok Ads from scratch.
• Track and optimize performance KPIs including CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Deliver clear insights and reporting through performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for visuals and copy.
• Coordinate campaign plans with marketing and growth teams.
• Test new platforms and ad formats, including LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest.
• Run structured A/B tests to improve performance.
• Stay updated with trends and bring innovative ideas.
• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads required.

Requirements

• Proven track record in performance marketing.
• Experience with TikTok Ads is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or SQL is nice to have.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset.
