To accelerate our growth, we’re now looking for a Google Ads Analyst (f/m/d) who will take our campaigns to the next level – combining hands-on Google Ads expertise with strong analytical and SQL skills.

In Short

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights for performance improvements.
• Design and run A/B tests and implement learnings.
• Use SQL and BI tools for advanced analysis and ad-hoc reports.
• Build dashboards and deliver recommendations to Marketing and Management.
• Monitor industry and competitor activity for growth opportunities.
• Build and improve processes for automated reporting and campaign workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with 100k+ EUR monthly budgets.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; experience with BI tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and user journeys.
• Experience with additional platforms (Meta, TikTok, Bing, Programmatic) is a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, test-driven, and passionate about performance.
