Our vision is to become Europe's leading job platform for nursing professions and to fight the nursing crisis! In Short

• Click through and manually test web pages for bugs and visual issues.
• Check and validate the accuracy of text, images, and links on each page.
• Validate job search results and ensure correct URLs.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and flag any issues.
• Run cross-browser and cross-device checks.
• Report issues with clear steps to reproduce.
• Write and execute basic Playwright end-to-end test scripts.
• Maintain a daily or weekly QA checklist.
• Re-test fixed issues to confirm resolution.
• Follow test cases or exploratory testing scenarios.

Requirements

• Attention to detail when reviewing visual layouts and content in German.
• Basic understanding of how websites and SEO work.
• Ability to follow structured testing procedures.
• Familiarity with web browsers and responsive testing.
• Clear written communication for documenting bugs.
• A plus is basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira).
• Willingness to learn automated testing tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Curiosity and motivation to improve user experience.
