In Short

• Design, build, and validate statistical models and predictive analyses to inform business decisions
• Work with large language models (LLMs) and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Formulate testable hypotheses and design experiments (e.g., A/B tests)
• Analyze data funnels and user journeys for optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams for data-driven insights
• Define KPIs and build monitoring tools or dashboards (Quicksight)
• Collaborate cross-functionally using tools like Jira
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and drive implementation

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in statistics and data extraction techniques
• Hands-on experience with Python, data science libraries, and SQL
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and performance marketing
• Practical knowledge of AWS Quicksight or similar BI tools
• Bonus: Academic background in mathematics, statistics, physics, or related fields
• More bonus: Proficient in AI and machine learning techniques
