In Short

• Independently conceptualize Search Ads strategies in close collaboration with colleagues from SEO & Strategy.
• Provide competent and high-quality advice to our clients, being the face of your work.
• Integrate these strategies into our clients' marketing mix and ensure the quality of the work.
• Conduct audits for new clients and communicate your results based on economic relevance.
• Responsible for monitoring relevant KPIs and reporting to our clients and the internal team.
• Constantly seek new strategies to generate and convert quality traffic.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, analytical, meticulous, and possess a high level of digital know-how.
• 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads and proven success, preferably with e-commerce projects.
• Intrinsically motivated to continuously develop, with knowledge of suitable bidding strategies for various campaigns.
• Education is not a barrier: whether a degree or self-taught, delivering high-quality projects is essential.
• Understand how to manage campaign success with landing pages.
• Very good German language skills.
