Content Creator – Social, Paid & Employer Branding - Remote

Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for translating business requirements into engaging content for social media, paid ads, landing pages, and employer branding formats, while collaborating closely with various teams.

In Short

• Translate business requirements into compelling content for various platforms.
• Develop and produce reels, snippets, banners, captions, and short video formats independently.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, social media, PR, and marketing management teams.
• Participate in on-site productions across Germany (e.g., testimonial shoots).
• Work with the marketing team to assess content performance and derive learnings.

Requirements

• Completed studies in communication, media, design, marketing, or a comparable field.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in content creation for digital channels.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
• Experience in employer branding, testimonial formats, or performance-driven storytelling is a plus.
• Proficient in tools for content production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
• A sense for good design, storytelling, and targeted communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
