Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while managing a significant marketing budget and ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across major platforms.
• Strong command of analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience in building BI dashboards like Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of attribution and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
• Structured, analytical, and proactive approach.
