Remote Recruiter

Overview

As a Remote Recruiter for Mindpath Health, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-clinical positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and drive the recruitment process.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for non-clinical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide feedback to candidates and communicate decisions promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market trends.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Experience sourcing using Indeed and LinkedIn preferred.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software, Jobvite preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Up to 25% travel required.
