Overview

As a Remote Recruiter at Legacy Community Health, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clinical and corporate teams, including nursing roles and other essential healthcare positions.

Requirements

• High-volume recruitment experience with 35-40 active requisitions.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Self-directed and personally accountable.
• Strong vetting skills to understand candidate motivations.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple roles efficiently.
• Creativity in matching candidates to roles.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven insights to track recruitment efficiency.
• Willingness to grow and learn in a competitive environment.
