Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for providing efficient and innovative recruiting and candidate management for a leading healthcare education organization.

In Short

  • Recruit for positions across all locations and departments.
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
  • Manage all candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Meet with campus leadership weekly to understand their needs.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and creative search techniques.
  • Review resumes and phone-screen candidates.
  • Provide accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed information.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on recruiting activities.
  • Participate in developing creative candidate sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience in Healthcare Recruiting preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
