Campus Registrar - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Registrar to join our team in a hybrid position, providing leadership in managing all activities related to the Records and Registration Department.

In Short

• Hybrid position: 3 days on campus, 2 days remote.
• Responsible for managing student records in compliance with FERPA.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff in the Records and Registration Department.
• Develop and administer the departmental budget.
• Problem-solve student disputes related to records and registration.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve services.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Create and maintain program terms and calendars.
• Process new student enrollment agreements.
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in educational administration.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player.
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM.
• Superb people and presentation skills.
