Registrar - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

As a Registrar in a hybrid position, you will provide leadership in managing all activities related to the Records and Registration Department, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting student services.

In Short

• Lead and manage the Records and Registration Department.
• Supervise and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA guidelines.
• Develop departmental budget.
• Collaborate with various college departments.
• Communicate important information to students and staff.
• Maintain program terms and calendars in Campus Vue.
• Process new student enrollment agreements.
• Perform administrative duties related to the Registrar Department.
• Work in a hybrid model with 3 days on campus and 2 days remote.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in educational administration.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Competence in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type at least 55 WPM.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Superb people and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
