Overview

The Registrar will provide leadership in managing the Records and Registration Department, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting student services.

In Short

  • Hybrid position: 3 days on campus, 2 days remote.
  • Manage and supervise Records and Registration staff.
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA guidelines.
  • Develop and administer departmental budget.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to enhance student services.
  • Communicate essential information to students and staff.
  • Maintain student enrollment agreements and records.
  • Utilize Campus Vue for program terms and calendars.
  • Resolve student disputes related to records.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in educational administration.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
